On-site Consulting: Work with our Executive Director, Cindy Garner, to identify the best practices and goals for reducing stress in the workplace, how to integrate mindfulness into the culture, and how to support staff by promoting mental health and wellbeing. $150/hr
Workplace Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Basics: This hour-long experiential workshop is an introduction to the practice and theory of mindfulness, allowing staff to gain an understanding of why mindfulness is important and the impact of toxic stress on mental and physical health. Participants will be guided in a few short breathing, movement and awareness practices that they will be able to use immediately to reduce stress during the workday. $375 Half-day in-house retreat: Up to 3 hours that can be offered as one longer stress-reduction workshop for a large group of staff (up to 50 participants); or as 3 individual hour-long focus sessions to smaller groups of staff or executive members. $750
3-week Mindfulness Fundamentals Series: A series of three experiential 90-minute workshops designed to teach the main foundations of the practice of mindfulness and the benefits of reducing stress at work. Sessions will include breath awareness, yoga and movement practices, focused attention, guided relaxation, mindful communication, coping with challenging people and situations, and hands-on practices that can be incorporated into the workday. $1500
6-week Mindful Living for Busy People. Optimize health, performance, and communication at work with this six-week class based in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy. The practices learned in this course are research-backed and help participants reduce stress, manage work-life balance, create early action plans for managing low mood states and high challenges, and develop skills for stepping out of reactivity and responding mindfully. The course consists of 6 weekly meetings, 90 minutes in length, as well as a commitment to daily home practice and can be offered to groups of 8-30 people $4800
8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR): The 8-week class created by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the UMass Medical Center, and used in medical settings across the country and internationally, clinically proven to reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, reduce depression and insomnia, and effective in treating addictions, maladaptive behavior patterns, ADD, and a wide array of other medical conditions. We recommend that you offer this program as Professional Development for interested staff and believe that you will notice improved morale, better focus and attention, and a sense of "contagious ease", positivity, productivity, and possibility among those who have taken the program. The course consists of 8 weekly meetings, 2 hours in length, as well as a commitment to daily home practice and can be offered to groups of 8-30 people. $9000
