Somatic Exercises and Guided Meditations

Because YOU are the work. You are worthy of care.

Fierce Boundaries

Guided Somatic Exercises

The instructions for these exercises may vary slightly from the wording in the book. When you practice, give yourself the gift of your full attention, and set up your space so that you will not be interrupted. You may wish to place a “do not disturb” sign on your door, turn off notifications on your devices, or remove pets from the room. Please do not do these exercises while you driving, and stop immediately and seek help from a mental health professional if you experience re-traumatization or an increase in anxiety symptoms.

Working with Difficulty

You are worthy of your own care and attention.
