These are challenging times, and if you're a teen, parent, counselor, health worker, or educator, you already know this.
So many of us are facing grief, loss of our rituals and communities, isolation, increased stress and anxiety, and uncertainty about the future and the future of the planet itself.... You are not alone. Let us gather in a circle in wild natural spaces, and land together, dropping in to the present moment. Let us wander onto the land as the next generation of conscious creators, earth-movers, shakers, and builders, and speak up! Let us take our places within the animate world, and move into reciprocity, engaging fully with the more-than-human experience unfolding around us. Learn to listen... to feel... and to give voice to our collective experience of treading in turbid waters, and of coming together in care, and in deep regard for one another and for the fragile ecosystem that sustains such richness of life. To participate, please email info@rockymountainmindfulness.org with your request, your location, the number of participants and their ages, and a phone number where you can be reached for confirmation.
